As the holiday season approaches, please note the following changes to our working hours:

• On 23 December, we will be working until 12:00 PM CET
• From 24-26 December and on 1 January, our offices will be closed

Technical Support
On all other days, our Technical Support Department will be available as usual. Our Technical Experts can be reached via the Technical Support Helpline and the SATEL Support Service.

Orders
Orders placed after 22 December will be processed in the New Year, starting from 7 January.
